Terms of Service

By accessing our website or using the services of GRSA Ventures Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of GRSA Ventures.

GRSA Ventures provides the following travel-related services:

• Umrah and Ziyarat packages including flights, accommodation, visa processing, and guided tours
• Northern Pakistan tour packages including transport, accommodation, and guided experiences
• Visit visa services for 50+ countries
• Hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah
• Air ticket booking and travel documentation
• Travel insurance and tour guiding services

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and issuance of a written confirmation from GRSA Ventures.

Payment Terms: Payment schedules vary by package. Full payment is typically required 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received. Price increases due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes after booking confirmation will be communicated promptly.

Customer Cancellations: Cancellation charges are based on the number of days before departure:

• More than 60 days: Administrative fee only (PKR 5,000 per person)
• 30–60 days: 25% of total package cost
• 15–29 days: 50% of total package cost
• 7–14 days: 75% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days: 100% of total package cost (non-refundable)

Umrah Packages: Once visa applications are submitted, visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

GRSA Cancellations: In the unlikely event that GRSA Ventures cancels a tour, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days, or an alternative package of equal value will be offered.

GRSA Ventures will assist with visa applications; however, the granting of visas is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passport, CNIC, photographs) are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country. GRSA Ventures is not liable for refused entry or visa denial due to inaccurate or incomplete documentation provided by the customer.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. GRSA Ventures is not liable for any losses, medical expenses, trip cancellations, or delays not covered by your insurance or caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. For trekking and adventure tours in northern Pakistan, customers must disclose any relevant medical conditions. GRSA Ventures reserves the right to refuse participation if a customer's condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

GRSA Ventures acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Actions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators)
• Government actions, strikes, or civil unrest
• Customer negligence or failure to follow instructions

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.

Any complaints should be raised immediately during the tour with our representative. If not resolved, formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of returning from the tour. We are committed to addressing all complaints fairly and promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
