Refund Policy

At GRSA Ventures Private Limited, we understand that plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our travel packages and services. We are committed to being transparent and fair in all cancellation and refund matters.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@grsaventures.com and will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Cancellation charges for all tour packages (Northern Pakistan, International, Custom) are calculated based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:

Umrah packages have specific refund conditions due to the nature of visa processing and pre-booked religious travel arrangements:

• Visa Fees: Once an Umrah visa application has been submitted to the Saudi Embassy, all visa-related fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of cancellation date or reason.
• Hotel Bookings in Makkah & Madinah: Hotel cancellation charges apply as per the hotel's individual policy. We will communicate these at the time of booking.
• Flight Tickets: Airline cancellation and refund policies vary by carrier. We will facilitate the refund process but cannot guarantee the airline's decision.
• Service Fee: GRSA Ventures' service and processing fee of PKR 10,000 per person is non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

For standalone visit visa and documentation services:

• Before submission to embassy: Full refund minus PKR 2,500 administrative fee
• After submission to embassy: Government fees and courier charges are non-refundable. Our service fee may be partially refunded at our discretion.
• Visa Refusal: Government/embassy fees are non-refundable in case of visa refusal. GRSA Ventures' service fee will be refunded in full if refusal is due to no fault of the applicant.

Hotel booking cancellations are subject to the individual hotel's cancellation policy. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in: Full refund (minus booking fee of PKR 1,500)
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: Non-refundable
• During Ramadan and Hajj season: All hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah are non-refundable once confirmed

In the rare event that GRSA Ventures must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible in writing
• Offer a full refund of all amounts paid within 14 business days, OR
• Offer an alternative package or departure date of equal or greater value

GRSA Ventures is not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, government travel bans, or airline insolvency.

If a traveler fails to show up for a departure without prior cancellation notice, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. No-show policy applies to all package types.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Bank transfer refunds: Within 7–14 business days
• Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of booking
• Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process are borne by the customer
