Great overall experience with GRSA. The Dubai package was well organized and the hotel was excellent. The desert safari was the highlight of the trip. Only minor issue was a slight delay in airport pickup, but the team resolved it quickly and even added a bonus dinner reservation to compensate. Professional attitude throughout. Will book again.
